Yes — this course is designed specifically to meet the training requirements set by the San Diego County Sheriff's Department for initial CCW applications. Upon successful completion and range qualification, you'll receive a certificate of completion that you include with your CCW application packet.
Yes. You can qualify with any firearms you intend to list on your permit during the live-fire portion of this course. If you later acquire a new firearm or add a caliber after receiving your permit, our Firearms Caliber Qualification Course lets you add it separately for $125.
